How Your Report Will Be Handled

  1. Line Manager

    • Raise your concern with your line manager verbally or in writing.
    • The line manager will investigate where possible and keep senior management updated.
    • If unresolved, it will be escalated to the General Manager.

  2. General Manager

    • If you are uncomfortable raising concerns with your line manager, you can contact your General Manager.
    • The General Manager will investigate and, if necessary, escalate to the Managing Director.

  3. Managing Director
